About us - Matchless
Enterprises was established in November 1985 to cater to the requirements of
Man-made fiber Industry. We have concentrated on development of Spare parts and
assemblies for Spinning and Winding machines. In the past 15 years, we have
developed more than 500 parts/ assemblies and we regularly supply the same to
all the Manmade Fiber manufacturers having Spinning Winding machines in India.
Development of new products is a continuous activity at our end. We have also
developed machines/equipments for Spray Drying plants of Chemical and
Pharmaceutical Industries. In the past 12 years, we have supplied more than 65 Rotary
Atomizers of different sizes.

Location - We are
located in Manik Baugh Industrial Estate on Sinhagad Road, about 5 km from heart
of Pune city, Maharashtra, India.

Plant and machinery -
Our Factory is well-constructed two-storied building having 2000 sq. ft ground
floor and 2000sq. ft first floor. We have Center Lathes, Milling Machines,
Shaping Machine, and Drilling machines, Grinder, Power Saw etc in our Machine
shop. We have in house Fabrication facility also. Our measuring Instruments are
well calibrated and rated, which ensure quality. We have all the requisite
accessories suitable to a precision Industry.

Vendors -We have a very
good and reliable Vendor base providing Grinding, moulding, Surface treatment
and Heat treatment facility to us.
Ø
Work Force – We have
Supervisor, Q.C. Inspector, Accountant, and 8 Workers. All are well qualified
for the job and most of them are with us for the past 10-12 years. Our entire
team is dedicated, hard working and quality conscious.

About the Proprietor-
Mr. Deenanath S. Diwanji is a Mechanical Engineer who has worked for 5 years
with a Pune based Engineering Company prior to start of Matchless Enterprise.
